• All subscriptions are paid in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

3.4 Business Listing Content

Businesses are responsible for:

• Accuracy of all information provided
• Ensuring they have rights to all images and content uploaded
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining current and accurate offer information

4. Disclaimer

The materials on The Fylde Flyer's website are provided on an 'as is' basis.
